Russian, accused of rape and debauchery, was sentenced to 15 years in Latvia
On Tuesday, the Kurzemsky District Court sentenced the 28-year-old Russian citizen Alexander Kobus, accused of wounding a policeman, rape and debauchery, by 15 years in prison. After serving a sentence, he will be expelled from Latvia, Interfax reports. The holster, despite his Liepaisk origin and the fact that he graduated from the Liepais school, is a citizen of Russia and has an official residence permit in the Kaliningrad region.
