Moscow lawmakers “clearly hurried”, having decided to cancel the “against all” to the ballots, said Alexander Veshnyakov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation. “Three years ago, the turnout in the elections to the Moscow City Duma was quite low, just overcoming 25%. A significant part of Moscow voters did not participate in the elections of his representative power,” Veshnyakov said on the air of the Echo of Moscow radio station.
