Former member of the police units of the Bosnian Serbs, Dragan Zelenovich, accused by the international tribunal in the former Yugoslavia, was detained in Khanty-Mansiysk, a source in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug) said. According to him, Zelenovich was detained on August 25 by decision of the Hague tribunal for war crimes committed during the civil war in Bosnia and Herzegovina (1992-1995), Interfax reports.
