The bailiff, who arrived at the Konstantinovsky lighthouse for the presentation of the decision of the Civil Court of Sevastopol on the transfer of 77 hydrographic objects from the Black Sea Fleet of Russia, the Sevastopol branch of state hydrography, was not allowed to the facility.
