In the suburbs of St. Petersburg, about 50 hectares of forest were laid as a result of a hurricane, several settlements were left without electricity, they said on Tuesday in the North-Western regional center of the Russian Ministry of Emergencies. In the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region, two transformer substations, several supports of power lines, as well as breaks of power lines, Interfax reports were damaged as a result of a hurricane, Interfax reports.
