In Tyumen, the case was sent to the court against the teacher of the Polytechnic College, who took 400-500 rubles from students for good grades. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the English teacher, German Merkulov, for a modest monetary reward, issued students to test grades on their subject without actual passing exams.
