The Estonian prosecutor’s office on Wednesday released another of the suspects of beating a Russian citizen Dmitry Ganin, Interfax reports. According to the Northern District Prosecutor's Office, a 23-year-old IAAC PIKK, who still remains suspect, was released under the recognizance not to leave. Recall that in total, the police detained 11 people on suspicion of beating a Russian citizen, of which nine people were currently issued under a recognizance not to leave.
