The daughters of Captain Sysoev, whose remains did not dig on the hill of the tynisms, sued the Estonian government
The daughter of the captain of the Soviet Army Sysoev, who died in 1944 during the liberation of Estonia, filed a lawsuit against the Kharya County Court of the Estonian state and the historian of Peep Kaazik for slander for their father, ITAR-TASS reports. In the historical certificate, which was made by the Caazic for the Estonian Foreign Ministry, it is argued that Sysoev did not die in battle, but was shot for looting.
