The number of extremist crimes in Moscow has declined, Anatoly Bagmet, head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow, told Interfax . “In general, it can be stated that in 2009 there was a general decrease in almost 25% of crimes committed for extremist reasons, and this, of course, is a positive dynamics,” he said.
