Pirates attacked the Cherleader ship off the coast of Kalimantan
The Cherleader ship, owned by the Japanese transport company Nippon Yusen, under the Philippine flag, specialized in car transportation, was attacked by pirates on Saturday in the area of the Indonesian island of Kalimantan, Kyodo reports. According to the Ministry of Transport of Japan, several people penetrated on board, tied the captain and one of the team members, stole several tens of thousands of dollars and disappeared.
