Two Russian citizens arrested in Belarus, softened the charge
The citizens of Russia arrested in Minsk, Artem Breus and Ivan Gaponov, was softened by the previously charged charge. They are no longer accused of organizing riots, but they are charged only with participation in the riots. Now they are not threateing for 15, but only from three to eight years in prison, Vadim Gusev, adviser to the Russian Embassy in Minsk, told Interfax .
