A long thousandth rally against paid fishing was held in Kazan
From 3 to 5 thousand fishermen gathered on Saturday on Freedom Square opposite the House of the Government of Tatarstan. They demanded to cancel all laws and departmental orders, according to which fishing is now actually paid, Radio Liberty reports. A map of the republic was displayed at the rostrum, which shows that there was not a single free site left along the banks of the Volga, Kama, Vyatka and Sviyagi, as well as smaller rivers.
