According to the agency, the incident occurred at the al-Banka checkpoint on the Libyan-Syrian border. Syrian refugees from the city of Tel-Kalyakh, crossing the border, was heading to the city of Vadi Haled in the territory of Lebanon when they fell under fire from the Syrian side.
