Sevastopol was recognized as the criminal capital of Ukraine
The Crimean city of Sevastopol, which is the cradle of the Black Sea Fleet, was recognized as the most criminalized village of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the statistics of serious crimes. According to official figures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, in Sevastopol, 8.2 killings per 100 thousand inhabitants are committed over the year. For comparison, in Donetsk this coefficient is 6.1, and in Kiev and Lviv - 3.7 and 3.8, respectively, the Forpost reports.
