Russians became less interested in football, but still love Arshavina
The St. Petersburg Zenit holds the position of the most popular Russian club, and Andrei Arshavin remains the most famous football player, follows from the results of the study of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion (VTsIOM). At the same time, just more than a quarter of residents (27%) are interested in football in the country, and this indicator has been steadily reduced since 2006 (36%), Interfax reports.
