Investigators asked the Presnensky court of Moscow to change the measure of restraint of the ex-head of the "Rosbank" Vladimir Golubkov , who accused of commercial bribery. In the petition, the prosecutor's office said that the banker violated the conditions of house arrest and should be detained. However, the court hearing did not take place-Golubkov became ill, and the doctors who arrived were hospitalized, ITAR-TASS reports. Golubkova was hospitalized with a hypertensive crisis.
