In the Tyumen region, on Monday, a verdict was sentenced to a man who, out of revenge, put homemade explosive devices in mailboxes of residents. As a result, two people were injured, who torn their hands during the explosion. By the decision of the Tobolsk City Court, a 37-year-old resident of Tobolsk Pavel Trushnikov will spend 11 years behind bars. He will serve his sentence in a maximum security penal colony, the official website of the regional prosecutor's office reports.
