The Italian pensioner was fined that he was too slowly crossing the road
The police of the Italian town of Pineerlo, located 37 km from Turin, fined an 85-year-old man because he crossed the road too slowly, and the color of the traffic light managed to change to red when he reached the other side of the street. According to RIA Novosti , the police initially wrote a fine of 41 euros to the pensioner, but then they made a “discount”, forcing to pay 28.7 euros.
