Russian users complained about problems with YouTube
On the evening of April 22, users from different cities of Russia began to report problems with access to the Google-owned YouTube video hosting service. Judging by the website DownDetector , as of 11:30 Moscow time on April 23, problems with YouTube were observed among users from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Volgograd, Kazan, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Cherepovets and other cities. At the same time, some note that YouTube does not work in the Chrome browser, but functions in other browsers.
