Bloomberg: Russia will offer participants in the OPEC+ transaction to return to the level of production of October 2016
For three months, Russia, starting in July, offer the OPEC+ countries to return to the levels of production of October 2016, Bloomberg reports. A source of the agency said that it is supposed to increase production by 1.8 million barrels per day before the country of OPEC+ will be proportionally.
