Russia was not included in the list of 14 countries for which the European Union decided to open borders
The European Union decided from July 1 to open borders for residents of 14 countries. This was reported on the website of the Council of Europe. But Russia did not get into this list. Travel restrictions will be removed for countries such as Algeria, Australia, Georgia, Canada, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay, Montenegro, South Korea and Japan.
