On October 13, NASA announced the signing of an international agreement, which establishes the rules for mastering the moon as part of the Artemis program ("Artemis) to send missions to the moon. Details are reported on the NASA website . The agreement of Artemis Accords, the preparation of which became known in May of this year, joined the USA, Australia, Canada, Japan, Luxembourg, Italy, Great Britain and the UAE.
