UN: At least 4,253 civilians have died in Ukraine since the war began
At least 4,253 civilians have died in Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion. Another 5,141 were wounded, according to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. The death toll included 1,617 men, 1,064 women, 100 girls and 105 boys, according to the agency. The sex of another 170 children and 2948 adults could not be determined.
