Russian hockey player Fedotov detained for evading military service allegedly sent to Severomorsk
Ivan Fedotov, goaltender of the Russian hockey club CSKA and the Russian national hockey team, detained in relation to a case regarding evading military service, was sent to Severomorsk, reports Russian state news agency TASS, citing the hockey player’s lawyer Alexey Ponomarev. “He was taken yesterday from the hospital. Where to, we don’t know yet, we are trying to find out. It will probably be Severomorsk, because it’s the place of his potential service, but we can’t say for sure.
