The Court of Appeal in Tromsø in northern Norway has released Andrey Yakunin, the son of the former head of the Russian Railways, Vladimir Yakunin, from the pre-trial detention center, NRK TV channel reports . Yakunin Jr. was detained on October 17 and accused of flying a drone in Svalbard, Norway while relaxing on his yacht, which is a violation of the sanctions legislation.
