The Ombudsman of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic announced 200 killed, 10 of whom were civilians
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the unrecognized NKR, Gegham Stepanyan, said at least 200 people were killed, 10 of whom were civilians. This was reported on the Twitter account of the Ombudsman's office. So far, 10 civilians have been confirmed dead, including 5 children. The number of victims has grown to 400 people, among them over 40 people are civilians, the report says.
