In the Gatchina district of the Leningrad region, FSB officers shot dead a suspect in terrorist attacks in Russia, the department’s Public Relations Center reported . According to the FSB, initially they tried to detain the man in the Moscow region near a cache of ammunition. The department claims that the suspect offered armed resistance and fled, leaving the car at the scene. Security forces found a pistol, a hunting rifle, grenades, bomb components, documents and a mobile phone in him.
