On February 10, the Kuibyshevsky Federal District Court of St. Petersburg accepted for consideration a completely ordinary statement of claim. The plaintiffs, Yuri Shchegolev and Irina Kameneva, residents of apartment No. 5 of building No. 9 on Marata Street, demand that their neighbors living on the floor above compensate for damage - more than 300 thousand rubles. A court hearing in this case is scheduled for March 3.
