On August 30, 1918, the chairman of the Petrograd Cheka, Moisei Solomonovich Uritsky, was killed in Petrograd, to which the Bolsheviks responded with the Red Terror. Coincidentally, on the same day in Moscow at the Mikhelson plant, Lenin was wounded; this attempt was attributed to the Socialist-Revolutionary Fanny Kaplan, who was soon shot.

As follows from the message on the official website of the service, on that day it was absorbed in something completely different - it was issuing a construction permit to the Gazprom Neft structure. The material “Against Drugs as Humans” (No. 62, 2012) caused heated discussions.
