Will “Serdyukov’s man” dilute the Smolny melancholy?
The new vice-governor of St. Petersburg, Mikhail Mokretsov, who was approved by the Legislative Council on Wednesday, has already been dubbed “Anatoly Serdyukov’s man” by the media. The fate of the remaining committees, which were temporarily handed over to four vice-governors after the dismissal of Sergei Kozyrev, is unknown.

At the same time, the number of apartments and finances of some people’s representatives not only did not decrease, but, on the contrary, increased. “Novaya” monitored the hands of the servants of the people.
