To Europe without visas?! No matter how it is! Back in 2011, the European Union was ready to sign an agreement with Russia on easing the visa regime. This would make it possible for many Russians to obtain Schengen visas for 3-5 years at once, and not for a year, as now. But the Russian side’s demand for the provision of personal data of air passengers unexpectedly stood in the way of the negotiation process.
