The price of illegal fence
300 rubles - that’s how much it cost Ilya Pinigin, an activist of the “Open Shore” and “Against the Seizure of Lakes” movements, to try to cut a passage through a continuous line of illegal fences on the shore of Lake Sukhodolskoye near the village of Udaltsovo. On August 24, Ilya was detained during these actions by the Sosnovo police, and on October 28, the Nevsky District Court of St. Petersburg (at the place of residence of the accused) found him guilty and imposed a fine.
