Today, July 5, from 15:00, a state of emergency has been introduced in the Tatsinsky district of the Rostov region. As a result of the drought, which lasted from April 16 to June 23, 2013, agricultural crops on an area of 6 thousand 3 hectares were lost in the district. From the duty officer of the EDDS of the Tatsinsky district, information was received that as a result of soil and atmospheric drought, crops died on an area of 6003 hectares.
