The Supreme Court recognized the Chudnoye deposit as a site of world natural heritage
On October 2, the Supreme Court of Russia confirmed that the Chudnoye deposit, where it was planned to mine gold on an area of about 2,000 hectares, is part of the Yugyd Va National Park, part of the Virgin Komi Forests World Natural Heritage site. You will have to forget about exploration and mining of gold there. This is the second lawsuit filed by Greenpeace Russia, as a result of which the Supreme Court defends the unique national park from Gold Minerals, a company registered in Cyprus.
