An assistant to the former mayor of Yaroslavl, Yevgeny Urlashov, who is a defendant in a bribe case, announced an indefinite hunger strike in a pre-trial detention center. This was announced by lawyer Yevgeny Shprits, reports . RIA Novosti According to the lawyer, Alexei Lopatin, Urlashov's former assistant, for whom the prosecutor's office requested eight years in prison, went on a hunger strike on the day the debate began, May 23.
