The Moscow City Court reduced Potkin's sentence to 3.5 years in prison instead of seven
Nationalist Alexander Potkin, convicted on charges of extremism, received three and a half years in prison instead of seven, reports Interfax. Consideration of the complaint of the defense against the decision of the Meshchansky Court took place in the Moscow City Court, which only partially satisfied the demands of the lawyers. Note that the defense advocated the abolition of the sentence, since, in her opinion, the case was fabricated.
