A court in Seattle sentenced Roman Seleznev, the son of one of the State Duma deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party, to 27 years in prison for cyber fraud, reports . RIA Novosti According to the agency, a federal judge could have given Seleznev any term, up to life. Earlier, the deputy's son signed a confession of guilt in cyber fraud in the United States. The prosecution argued that Seleznev caused $170 million worth of damage to the country.
