Putin ordered the minimum wage increase to be postponed until May 2018
The minimum wage (minimum wage) will have to increase to 11,163 rubles from May 1, 2018, and not from December 1, 2019, as planned. The corresponding law, signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is published on the official Internet portal of legal information. At present, the minimum wage is 9489 rubles per month, the increase will be 1674 rubles. After the minimum wage is increased, it will be equal to the subsistence level for the working-age population in the second quarter of 2017.
