Public headquarters: 100% of polling stations in Moscow are covered by observers
Alexei Venediktov, head of the Public Headquarters for Monitoring the Russian Presidential Elections, announced that observers had 100% coverage of polling stations in Moscow, writes Nezavisimaya Gazeta. “Each precinct, every PEC [precinct election commission – ed.], including pre-trial detention centers, hospitals and neuropsychiatric dispensaries, is completely “closed” by observers,” he said.
