Oyub Titiev, the head of the Grozny branch of Memorial, Oyub Titiev, has lost his personal belongings from the materials of the criminal case, according to the website of the human rights center. According to Memorial, during the first detention, on January 9, Titiev had with him a traumatic pistol with two magazines and cartridges, a permit to carry it, three mobile phones, a tablet, papers with notes and other personal items. The bag with these things remained in the police department.
