RBC: the “big three” mobile operators will cancel fees for incoming roaming in Russia
The three largest mobile operators in Russia, VimpelCom, MegaFon and MTS, by the end of August, under pressure from the Federal Antimonopoly Service, will abolish fees for incoming calls in on-net roaming (note - when a subscriber uses communication services in the operator's network while outside the region, where he was imprisoned). It is reported by RBC, citing sources close to the companies.
