The USA, Germany, France and Canada agreed with the conclusions about Russia's involvement in the poisoning of the Skripals
The United States, Germany, France and Canada, in a joint statement, welcome the UK authorities' progress in investigating the poisoning of ex-spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia and agree with the Russian authorities' "approval" of their poisoning. They also agreed that the suspects in the case, Andrei Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, were employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the Russian General Staff.
