Olga Bashkirova, a physical education teacher at school No. 22 in Khimki near Moscow, wrote a letter of resignation after an incident with a first-grader being beaten by her peers in class, Ksenia Mishonova, children's ombudsman in the Moscow region, told RIA Novosti. According to Mishonova, she learned about the incident from social networks and on Monday, January 28, visited the school, the principal who confirmed the messages.
