A student from Samara received 8 years in prison for drug charges. Before this, the jury acquitted her twice
The Samara Regional Court upheld the sentence of student Elizaveta Keneshova, who received eight years in a penal colony on charges of attempted drug trafficking on an especially large scale (part 3, article 30, part 4, article 228.1 of the Criminal Code). According to Mediazona, two more defendants in the case - student Nijat Nagiyev and Nargiz Mammadova, an acquaintance of Keneshova - received five years in a penal colony. Keneshova denies her guilt.
