Activists of the SERB movement disrupted the human rights seminar “Vintage in Russian” at the Sakharov Center, Ivan Brushlinsky, head of the psychological service of “Seated Russia”, wrote on Facebook. “Provocateurs came to the event, 15-20 people, with phones and cameras, started filming people present at the event and shouting provocative phrases like: “You got caught”, “Prepare the Maidan”, “Now the police will arrive, and you will all go to the police department” & and so on, & he said.
