In Moscow, police officers from the Arbat police department prevented activists from hanging food packages for those in need. This was told to Novaya Gazeta by journalist Victoria Ivleva, who participated in the action. The bags contained containers of warm homemade food, biscuits, water, boiled eggs, halva, bread, banana and antiseptic wipes. Together with Ivleva, writer Alisa Ganieva and activist Andrey Byurkland hung food parcels.
