In Nizhny Novgorod, a protocol was drawn up on the dissemination of false information (part 9 of article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against Irina Slavina, the editor of Koza.Press, according to the Agora international human rights group. Police claims were triggered by the news of March 24 that the head of the Sambo Academy in the city of Kstovo, infected with the coronavirus, had contact with dozens of people, including visitors to the facility.
