Russia, together with the United States and France, is making "active efforts" to de-escalate the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, Interfax reports citing Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko. “At present, the Russian Federation, as one of the sides of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, together with the United States and France, is making active efforts aimed at de-escalating the situation,” he said.
