The Oktyabrsky District Court of Samara imposed an administrative arrest for 8 days on the former coordinator of the city headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Yegor Alasheev, under an article about organizing an unauthorized action due to messages in a telegram. Lawyer Stanislav Seleznev told Novaya Gazeta about this. At the same time, Judge Roman Lazarev, who arrested the activist, wrote in his ruling that on February 18, Alasheev announced the action on January 31, that is, retroactively.
