Rosreestr: in seven regions of the Russian Federation in 2021, not a single apartment in new buildings was sold
In Russia, for six months, the number of regions in which not a single housing in new buildings has been sold has increased, RBC reports with reference to Rosreestr data. Six regions - the Jewish Autonomous Region, Kamchatka, Magadan and Murmansk regions, the Republic of Tuva and Chukotka - were joined by Karachay-Cherkessia. Last year, only one equity participation agreement was concluded in Karachay-Cherkessia, and not a single one in 2021.
